Michael Clarke gives useful batting tips

In a video uploaded by Cricket Australia, Australian skipper Michael Clarke gives useful batting tips. Clarke talks about the preparation while going out to bat and taking the guard from the umpire.

"When I go out there, the first thing I do is look up to the sun as it opens the pupils in my eyes. I normally try to loosen up a bit to get my body going," he said.

"When I reach the crease I take a leg-stump guard first and then the off-stump guard."

Clarke is currently leading the Australian side in the Ashes.
