Alastair Cook, the England captain, speaks about the people who have contributed in his rise and in the making of a successful England cricketer. Then in 2006, at the age of 21, he made his Test debut against India at Nagpur and scored a ton and a fifty to mark the occasion. Since then, he has gone on to amass big runs and has made it big.
