Billy Birmingham, the Australian humorist who is very well noted for his parodies on famous Australian cricket commentary under The Twelfth Man name came in as a guest commentator to chat with Mark Nicholas and Shane Warne during the first Ashes Test played between Australia and England at the Gabba.

He reminisced about good old days of Tony Greig’s ever-popular commentary. He also talked about the time when he met Richie Benaud during the 1999 World Cup held in England. He said that his favourite commentator was Benaud, especially during the time when he used to commntate in the late 1970s and 1980s in the World Series Cup played in Australia.
