Chris Rogers said that he was excited to open the batting with Shane Watson for Australia against England in the upcoming Ashes series. However, he said he is not sure whether Watson can bowl, but he looks good to bat.

Rogers, the 31-year old Australian will be playing his second Test when Australia take on England at Trent Bridge. He feels he has an important role to play at the top as it will take the pressure of the batsmen in the middle order.

Talking about Mitchell Starc, Rogers feels he is in fine form at the nets.
