Ian Bell who rescued England in the second innings to post a stiff target for Australia said that his team is confident of picking early wickets on Day five and take control of the series with a 1-0 lead.

Chasing the target of 311 runs, Australia looked in control with Chris Rogers anchoring right from the beginning. The day appeared to have gone the Aussies' way before Stuart Broad and Graeme Swann struck crucial blows to push the visitors on the brink of defeat.

Bell was however cautious about England's approach and said that they will not take things for granted and focus on getting the job done. He also pointed to the fact that many Ashes Tests have gone down the wire and anything can happen on the fifth day.
