Australia skipper Michael Clarke said that “The Ashes series is no different from any other series that I’ve played for Australia. There is a lot of hype around it, but it’s no different from any other series I played for Australia.”

He added, “It is an honour to have played 90-odd Tests for Australia. Never realized I would say so much for Australia. To have played six Ashes for Australia is a lot.”

“We’ve taken a lot from a lot from the recent Test and ODI series against England. But the final result shows that we have lost. So now we have to put our learning into performance now.”
