Australia batsman Chris Rogers said he felt privileged when it was announced that he would get a chance to play in the opening ashes Test against England.

Rogers said it was good moment for him for him when coach Darren Lehmann came and told him that he would be playing in the first Test.

He feels he has a good role to play in the series and hopes to build on it. The Australia batsman believes he can bring in a little bit of experience and a calm head when Australia play against England in the first Ashes match.
