Ravi Bopara has predicted a 2-0 victory for England in the Ashes against Australia, which begins on July 10, 2013 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham.

The England all-rounder, who was part of the English team that won the Ashes 2-1 in 2009 on home soil, feels confident that the current side is better than Australia.

Although Australia enter the series as the underdogs, Bopara felt that underestimating them would be wrong. He says that English conditions would suit the Aussies and overall it will be a very good series.

He also talks about how it is to be part of an Ashes series and that it is not easy as a player. He says that to win the Ashes special performances will be needed by the players.

He gets nostalgic thinking about England's victories over the eternal rivals in 2005 and 2009 in England. Bopara adds that nerves will come into play.
