The streets were lined up to welcome the England cricket team upon their arrival in the city, as Ranchi got ready to host its first ever One-Day internationals in its newly constructed stadium on Saturday.

India beat England by seven wickets with more than 21 overs to spare in the third ODI at Ranchi on Saturday to take 2-1 lead in the five-match series.

This was the first time that Mahendra Singh Dhoni played an international match at Ranchi.
