Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar returned from Mussoorie after vacation with wife Anjali. Tendulkar, who retired from international cricket after two-Test match series against West Indies, was in Mussoorie after retiring.

Tendulkar said that he was happy to spend time to family as he didn't get much time to spend till now due to tough cricketing schedule. He also praised the people of Uttarakhand.

He said, "The weather at Uttarakhand is cold but the people here are very warm."

Tendulkar retired from cricket after the second Test match against the West Indies at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. It was also his 200th Test, a feat never achieved before in the history of cricket.

During his farewell speech, he had said that he felt bad for not getting to spend enough time with his children as he was busy with cricket and promised to spend a lot more time with them in the future.
