Sachin Tendulkar’s retired due to the burden of expectation, feels Ajit Wadekar

Former Cricketer Ajit Wadekar said Sachin Tendulkar had contemplated a lot before making the decision on his retirement.

Wadekar believes Sachin was loaded with expectations in the last few matches, and was going through a tough time.

Wadekar recalled how Sachin's initiation to ask for opening place in the troubled situation made him what he is now.

Tendulkar retired from One-Day Internationals on Sunday.
