The Ashes 2015: Trevor Bayliss chats about his new job

The basic aim towards the creation of a successful England, their coach Trevor Bayliss outlined, was creating good environment around the team. Bayliss was speaking to England Cricket Board (ECB) about his first few weeks in the job after having been appointed to replace the sacked Peter Moores.
