Unhappy with the comparison of yesterday's spat between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir to that of his own 'Slapgat' episode, cricketer S Sreesanth expressed his disgust on Twitter and requested Indian media to stop publishing such stories.

Sreesanth expressed his feelings on the ‘Slapgate’ controversy also involving Harbhajan Singh, which has been around him since the edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament.

The two Indian cricketers were in news for days for all wrong reasons as it was claimed that Harbhajan had slapped Sreesanth during an IPL match between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab on April 25, 2008.

Harbhajan was the skipper of the Mumbai Indians while Sreesath was playing for Kings XI Punjab.

On Friday, disturbed with a report in a national daily which compared the incident with the one occurred involving Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli, Sreesanth vented out his frustration that the incident is being painted erroneously and people who want to know the truth should watch the video.
