Watch how Kieron Pollard was bamboozled by the spin and guile of Verasammy Permaul in match 28 of Caribbean Premier League (CPL 2015). It was a crucial match for both teams and despite not shining with the bat, Pollard the skipper of the Barbados Tridents was brilliant with the ball and helped them win the game against Guyana Amazon Warriors on July 18, 2015. Pollard was out for a 5-ball 2 by a nice turned from Permaul. Tridents are already into the knockouts of CPL 2015 and will go through to final only if Trinidad and Tobago Red Steels lose one of their remaining two matches, which they did. Pollard took four for 30 with a couple of wickets in the last over to ensure he defended 24 runs off the last over of the game. Read: Pollard: You look forward to rub shoulders with great players

T&T Red Steels though then beat the Guyana Amazon Warriors to secure their spot in the semi-final of the CPL. It will be played in Port of Spain on July 23, 2015 between the Red Steels and Chris Gayle-lead Jamaica Tallawahs. The Warriors will play  the second semi-final at the same venue but their opponent will be the winner of the first semi-final. Barbados Tridents have already qualified in the finals. Pollard has been in prolific form and will want to help his team get to the title trophy which will be played on July 26, 2015  again at Port of Spain. It will bring an end to a wonderful season of CPL which has provided with many last ball thrillers and entertaining matches.
