VIDEO: Umesh Yadav’s 4 for 72 in India-Australia semi-final, ICC Cricket World Cup 2015

India fast bowler Umesh Yadav finished with figures of four for 72 in nine overs against Australia in semi-final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. Yadav first got rid of opener David Warner early to give India the perfect start. Australia then consolidated thanks to a 182-run stand between Aaron Finch and Steven Smith. Watch the video here.

Yadav was the one to end that partnership after he dismissed Steven Smith after he made an excellent ton. Finsh then got rid off Finch as well for 81 and India were slowly clawing their way back into the game after the bowlers were taken apart by the batsmen. Yadav then came back in the 47th over and got the wicket of the dangerous James Faulkner. Australia looked set to get a score of well over 350, but some good bowling by the Indian bowlers at the end restricted Australia to 328 for seven. Australia have runs on the board, but they cannot rest and assume that the match is won and will have to come out with the intention of picking up a few quick wickets. This after Australia captain had won the toss and elected to bat first.
