Virat Kohli, India's captain for the tour to Zimbabwe has said that they have a strong unit for that sojourn. Although, India are missing some regulars, Kohli is confident that India have the players who are hungry and raring to go.

Kohli was quoted by PTI, "I don't think experience matters, especially in limited overs game. You need 11 players, who are hungry for success, who are hardworking and whose vision is team victory. All 15 players are strong and it is a strong unit, which is good."

Kohli also welcomed the selection of Parvez Rasool, who is the first cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir to make it to the Indian team. Kohli said, ''It is a good sign that players are not just coming from major cities. You can see everybody is working hard and the thinking is not narrow-minded in India. It is a good sign that he has been selected. If he gets the opportunity to play a match then I am sure he will try to give a good performance."
