West Indies bowlers Kemar Roach and Tino Best starred with both bat and ball as the nation came out on top with a thrilling one-wicket victory over India in their Celkon Mobile Cup match at Sabina Park.

India were restricted to 229 for seven in their allotted 50 overs before West Indian opener Johnson Charles hung in with a vital contribution of 97, with birthday boy Kemar Roach taking the wicket of Champions trophy star Shikhar Dhawan and also hitting the winning runs.

The hosts were struggling at 26 for three but recovered to get past the line with 14 balls to spare, with 10 runs being needed to score from the last partnership. Opener Rohit Sharma stuck to the crease for India, making 60 runs off 89 balls for India.
