Sir Ravindra Jadeja will join the ranks of Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig by being the next 007. Details of the movie will be announced shortly, but the shooting will start after the 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
Jadeja was asked to deliver the famous dialogue, “My name is Bond, James Bond” at the audition. Nobody told Sir what to say or do. So he said, “My name is Jadeja, Ravindra Jadeja. Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja. Sir Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja. Sir Bapu Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja.” There was stunned silence in the studio before everybody started clapping. Jadeja got the role of 007!
