It was a huge heartbreak for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fans when their side was banned for two years from playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Not only for CSK fans, but it was also a big setback for MS Dhoni fans as well. But with Dhoni entering IPL 2016 with a new team — Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS), we witnessed one of the biggest fans’ migration as almost all of CSK fans switched loyalties to RPS.

The Pune-based franchise played their first match against the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in IPL 2016’s opener. MI were expected to start with a bang but they looked hapless in front of Dhoni’s new team. Four of RPS’ bowlers including Ishant Sharma, Mitchell Marsh, Rajat Bhatia and Ravichandran Ashwin took wicket off their first ball. MI were stunned by the strong bowling attack of RPS and could only manage to score 121, which took Dhoni’s men only 14.4 overs to get past.

The below video is a funny way to show the reaction of MI fans when Dhoni entered in this season of IPL with a new team. Please don’t take it seriously! It is just a funny representation of the series of events. Enjoy it here!
