ICC cricket World Cup 2015 is to kick off in a few hours. Barring a couple of squads, most have some players who have the experience of playing in the earlier World Cups. Bharath Seervi provides details regarding their World Cup experiences.
Each of the 14 teams in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 has a 15-men squad for the tournament. Among the 210 players of the 14 teams, there are 83 who have played in World Cups in the past while the remaining 127 will be appearing in this big stage for the first time.
– Eoin Morgan has played two World Cups, in 2007 for Ireland and in 2011 for England. He will lead England this time.
– James Anderson will be playing his fourth World Cup this time. Ian Bell, Ravi Bopara and Stuart Broad will be playing their third.
