Kevin Pietersen has been unceremoniously left out of England, by his former Test captain Andrew Strauss, citing trust issues. Pietersen now is all set to join Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015. Nikhil Popat brings to you his Facebook Wall.
England batsman Kevin Pietersen will turn out to play for his Indian Premier League (IPL) team Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in IPL 2015. Pietersen will join the SRH team from May 15 at the team’s hometown of Hyderabad. Pietersen will add some much-needed depth to a slightly frail SRH batting line-up.
The former star batsman has been in magnificent form for Surrey, having most recently scored 355 not out. Unfortunately for him, new ECB director of cricket Andrew Strauss said that due to “trust issues” Pietersen would not be considered for consideration. As a result, he will be able to boost the SRH campaign at the perfect time. READ: Kevin Pietersen takes a dig at Andrew Strauss
