The Ashes rivalry seems to have gone beyond the cricket field as a player each from both the teams has tried their best to keep tabloids busy. While David Warner worked his up taking extreme efforts to abuse journalists and even punch Joe Root in a pub. As they say in cricket, ‘stick to your basics’, Monty Panesar kept things simple and did the most common of human acts. Nevertheless, the timing and placement mattered a lot to become a subject of ridicule on front pages as he took a leak on a pub bouncer. Panesar’s wikileaks isn’t the first of its kind. Just two months ago in June, New Zealand rugby player Russell Packer was caught on camera urinating in his shorts on the field. Well that proves, sometimes sportspersons feel the heat too much to handle.
In this post we saw the reactions from political fraternity, here’s what a few sportspersons had to express on Panesar’s Full-Monty.
