Kal Ho Naa Ho (English Title: There May Or May Not Be A Tomorrow) is a super-hit 2003 Indian romantic comedy-drama film, directed by Nikhil Advani. The film was produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Johar was also a co-writer of the film. The film starred Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Preity Zinta and Jaya Bachchan in the lead roles. The music of the film was composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, while lyrics written by Javed Akhtar. The film was also a musical hit.
The film was promoted with a tagline A Story Of A Lifetime…. In A Heartbeat and the plot revolved around a happy-go-lucky character who suffered from a heart ailment and had limited time to live. He therefore enjoyed his life till fullest and got involved in trying to better the lives of his closed ones.

Here the title denotes – it may happen or not happen tomorrow. The film will be directed by Dhawan and no prize for guessing the lead. Of course, Dhawan himself!
