Tale of the tape, Amul version!

This wasn’t the first time West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard grabbed attention of the cricketing world for his antics. In the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Sunday, Pollard was seen exchanging few words with his compatriot Chris Gayle, before the umpires asked him to stay within limits. The words he spoke to Gayle is still a mystery.

After being warned by the on-field umpires, Pollard responded by putting a tape across his mouth to shut himself up. Though some considered it to be a humorous one, it was simply unnecessary in the context of the game.

Amul came with a caricature which features the West Indian all-rounder, with a tape across his mouth. The headline reads, ’Bat karo, baat nahin!’. Simply put, it’s asking Pollard to focus on his batting rather than talking.
