VIDEO: When Andre Russell fainted during the CPL 2016 Qualifier 2

The second qualifier of the 2016 edition of Caribbean Premier League (CPL) between Jamaica Tallawahs (JT) and Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) went down the wire. The entire match was full of twists and turns.

The fire was lit up by none other than the Caribbean all rounder Andre Russell, who scored an excellent century from just 44 balls, which included 11 sixes and three boundaries. His innings helped his side in posting a massive total and put pressure on the opponent. After showing his power with the bat, Russell once again made his mark with with the ball and extraordinary celebration. The win was almost there for JT as the defending champions TKR needed 29 from last six balls. Russell was given the ball to bowl the final over and in the very second delivery, he got the wicket of one of the most dangerous batsmen Brendon McCullum. Russell was so delighted with this wicket that he lied down and acted as if he was unconscious. Thanks to his teammates, who hilariously enacted of giving him CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) and went on with the celebration as Russell woke up in style.

In the end, Chris Gayle-led JT won the match by 19 runs and entered the final of the tournament, which will be played against Guyana Amazon Warriors on Sunday.
