Chris Gayle has not really set the Indian Premier League (IPL) on fire this time. The Jamaican has just come back from Kingston after the birth of his daughter. He is a character in its truest sense and often misunderstood for his jokes. Earlier this year, in Australia, during the Big Bash League (BBL), Gayle’s casual flirting with TV reporter Mel McLaughin during an interview, went on to be a huge controversy.

However, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has remained unperturbed and continued to be himself. He continues to perform on the pitch and be jovial on and off it. Over the years, Gayle’s nature has earned him hoards of fans. He is extremely loved in India and on Wednesday, one of the female fans asked this to the self-proclaimed Universe Boss on Twitter:
