Bakr-Eid or Eid-al-Adha is the second most celebrated festival for the Muslim community. This sacred day is celebrated across the globe each year and mostly in south-east of Asia. The day is also called as ‘Feast of Sacrifice’. On this day, the meat from the sacrificial animal, which is usually a goat, is divided into three parts. Two parts are shared with friends, neighbours and relatives and the remaining part is retained in the family.
