It’s not an easy life when you are a professional cricketer but it’s certainly rewarding. Over the years of toil around the world you also tend to make friends all over and some of them last for rest of your life. Such is the bond between Mumbai dasher Rohit Sharma and Uttar Pradesh stalwart Praveen Kumar. Both first made a name for themselves in the 2008 tri-series in Australia where both emerged as heroes as India went on win the tournament.

Over the years they have shared many dressing rooms and Rohit has also led Praveen when the former played for Mumbai Indians (MI). Now in the Ranji Trophy, they find themselves in different camps. While Rohit turned up for Mumbai, Praveen is one of the keys for UP. Rohit had a good match as he scored a hundred. By the look of it, the game is heading towards a draw with Mumbai still having an upper-hand.
