The South Africans tend to come up with innovative training methods. Sepak Takraw — a cross between volleyball and football — is a regular part of their warm-ups as the players have to kick the ball across to the net to the other side and score points to win a game. It often helps the Proteas gel and share light moments. However, during their latest training session in Dhaka, they had a laugh or two when a couple of players slipped while kicking a ball. Faf du Plessis, the South African batsman, shared a video on his Instagram account. He was one of the players who slipped and fell on the dividing line while trying to kick the ball to the other side. Du Plessis tweeted, “Not the best standard of foot volley in the wet conditions…video credit@abdevilliers17 @supersporttv #freshy.”
