The biopic on MS Dhoni, Indian cricket team’s captain in the limited-overs fixtures, is amongst the most awaited Hindi movies in 2016. Dhoni’s role is being played by Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the movie is set to release on September 2 this year.
With only six months away from it’s release date, actor Sushant recently revealed the movie poster through his official Instagram account. As it was earlier reported that the movie will be focusing on Dhoni’s journey from being a ticket-collector with Indian railways to a cricketer, the poster displays the same as Sushant can be seen in railway employee’s attire sitting on a railway station platform.
This movie is directed by famous director Neeraj Pandey, who won many awards for his first Bollywood movie — A Wednesday. Earlier, Sushant was seen spending time with Dhoni and his family at his home to get into the character. With the poster being released by the actor himself, the anticipation levels for the movie are bound to soar.
