Mumbai Indians (MI) were struggling at 51 for 6 after the 11th over in the opening game of the IPL 2016 against Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) when Harbhajan Singh came out to bat. For over two months, he had been a part of the Indian side but got to play only one game as Ravichandran Ashwin was the preferred off-spinner. Against a side led by his national captain MS Dhoni, Harbhajan starred for MI as the defending champions gained some respectability and ended with 121 from their 20 overs.

Harbhajan belted an unbeaten 45 from 30 balls to take ensure RPS chase over six an over. RPS got off to flying start and we do not know if the score will be enough or not but the Turbanator surely gave them a total to fight.
