Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will play against Delhi Daredevils (DD) in the 13th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 at Visakhapatnam on Saturday. SRH lost their last game against Rajasthan Royals (RR), which proved to be a game of the cat and the mouse whereas; DD defeated Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in their last game at Pune.
For SRH, this is their second game at their home. Against RR, the team scored very less as the batting order floundered. But still they managed to take the match to last ball. SRH skipper David Warner is in good form along with Shikhar Dhawan and the duo need to give a strong start. The team has a strong batting order with Naman Ojha, Ravi Bopara, KL Rahul and Eoin Morgan, who came in for Kane Williamson.
SRH have got in Dale Steyn in the starting 11. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Steyn will lead the bowling attack. Bopara has been an asset to the side and has chipped in with crucial wickets which provided stability. Praveen Kumar too has bowled quite well and same goes with leggie Karn Sharma.
For DD, the best news is Yuvraj Singh’s return to form. The southpaw played a match-winning knock against his former franchise KXIP. Mayank Agarwal also looked brilliant with his stroke-play and got a big score. With Shreyas Iyer, JP Duminy, Angelo Mathews, Manoj Tiwary and Kedar Jadhav in the side, the batting line up inspires confidence and looks forbidable.
In spite of their pace spearhead Zaheer Khan’s absence, DD bowlers have performed decently. Dominic Joseph and Nathan Coulter-Nile have to put in the hard yards. Matthews with his canny bowling adds variety in the pace-attack but their strength lies in two quality spinners, Imran Tahir and Amit Mishra, both have been brilliant so far.
