The seventh match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016 will be played between Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) at Delhi. Both the teams had a losing start to their IPL 9 campaign, as DD went down to heavyweights Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Kolkata and KXIP were comprehensively beaten by the new entrants Gujarat Lions (GL) in their own den.
This will be the second game for both the franchises in the tournament and both will look to get back to winning ways. While DD will be playing at their home and expect the crowd to back them, KXIP will expect their three M’s — Miller, Maxwell and Marsh to come good in the encounter. Their fortunes will largely depend on these three foreign imports.
DD will be in quandary as to whether to play their former skipper JP Duminy or not. All eyes will be on their mentor Rahul Dravid, as the fans will be eager to see if the legend can recreate the Rajasthan Royals (RR) magic with DD. The match will start at 8.00 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) and will be telecast live on Sony Six, Set Max and can be watched by live streaming here.
