The 25th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016 will be played between Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) and Gujarat Lions (GL) at Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) Stadium of Pune. With GL at the top of points table with five wins in their six matches and the only team so far to lose only one match, RPS will have their task cut-out as the Suresh Raina-led side looks very strong.
While, MS Dhoni-led RPS didn’t start pretty well in the tournament, they have steadily moved up in the points table with two wins from their six matches and in order to remain in the hunt for qualifying for the playoffs stage, they need to continue their winning momentum. The last time when both these sides came against each other, it happened to the first ever clash between the two debutants in IPL 9. GL defeated RPS quite comfortably in that game and it’s time for RPS to avenge that loss and move up in the table.
The game 25 of IPL will start at 8.00 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) and will be telecast live on Sony Six, Set Max and can be watched by live streaming here.
