Their start was similar to that of Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) but Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have pulled it back. After suffering two defeats in the first two games, SRH won two back-to-back games and now will play the depleted KXIP side. While KXIP have not really clicked as a team, SRH has heavily relied on their skipper David Warner to bail them out. Warner has won the toss and as expected, have elected to field. They have not made any changes to the side that saw them triumph over Gujarat Lions (GL) at Rajkot. Meanwhile, KXIP have dropped the out of form Wriddhiman Saha and have gone with Nikhil Naik.
