The second playoff of the Caribbean Premier League 2016 is scheduled to be played between Jamaica Tallawahs and Trinbago Knight Riders on Friday at Basseterre. Both the teams will come out hard in the pen-ultimate game of the tournament and advance to the final, which will be played against Guyana Amazon Warriors.
Chris Gayle-led Jamaica Tallawahs will look to make the most of their second chance as they lost the battle in the qualifier 1. Gayle had a miserable outing in the previous battle and will eye to come out all guns blazing in this game. They have some match-winners like Andre Russell, Kumar Sangakkara and Shakib Al Hasan.
Trinbago Knight Riders on the other hand are high on confidence with a win in the Eliminator and will look to continue their good form. They have a well-balanced side with Brendon McCullum, Dwayne Bravo, Colin Munro, Sunil Narine, Umar Akmal and Hashim Amla.
Expect a run-fest when these two giants lock horns with each other. The match will begin at 20:00 local time on August 5 and 5.30 PM IST on Saturday and will be live streamed on Sony LIV.
