The Caribbean Premier League 2016 gets to its business end with first playoff of the tournament being played between Guyana Amazon Warriors and Jamaica Tallawahs at Basseterre on Thursday. Both the teams have drilled extremely hard to chisel their way into the playoffs. The clash is between the top two teams of the tournament.
Guyana Amazon Warriors topped the table with 14 points in their kitty whereas Jamaica Tallawahs grabbed the second spot with 13 points to their name. Tallawahs will be hoping their skipper Chris Gayle to fire in the crucial encounter.
Both the swords are equally sharpened with some match-winners in the side and the encounter between them will be an enthralling one. Expect a run-fest when these two giants lock horns. The match will begin at 19:00 local time on August 3 and 4.30 PM IST on Thursday and will be live streamed on Sony LIV.
