New Zealand take on Bangladesh in the 37th match of the Pool A in ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at Seddon Park in Hamilton on Friday. Both the nations have qualified for the quarter-finals round and wouldn’t mind finishing their league stage on a winning note.
Coming off a fantastic victory over England by 15 runs in their last match, thereby handing them an early exit from the tournament, the Mashrafe Mortaza-led Bangladesh would like to keep the momentum going and give the co-hosts their defeat in the tournament so far. (ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: Points Table)
While New Zealand, who are unbeaten in the tourney, triumphing in all of their games and excelling in all of departments hope to keep the winning steak intact. The Blackcaps sealed their place in the last eight with a six-wicket victory over Afghanistan in the last match. Skipper Brendon McCullum will look to rest some key players in the match but won’t take the visitors lightly. New Zeland will go in the game as favourites but the spirited Bangladesh side won’t go down without a fight. [ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: New Zealand vs Bangladesh in ODIs in this decade (2010-15)]
