Thousands gathered at Macksville, including Australian cricketers, Indian cricketers Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Murali Vijay, India team director Ravi Shastri, and other cricketing legends, as they bid final goodbye to Phil Hughes.
Hughes passed away at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney after succumbing to head injury sustained during a Sheffield Shield match.
Australian skipper Michael Clarke was one of the attendees, who bid a tearful goodbye. Read more stories related to Phil Hughes funeral.
