West Indies and England locked horns in the ICC World T20 2016 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata on Sunday. The match ended up in a dramatic way as West Indies successfully chased down the target 156 in the last over, Carlos Brathwaite smashed four sixes in the final over to Ben Stokes to carry his team over the line in style. West Indies skipper Darren Sammy was ecstatic with this win and celebrated massively with the team. But this gesture by Sammy has certainly won billions of hearts across the globe as he was seen bonding with English batsman Joe Root. The latter was instrumental with the bat and ball but unfortunately for him, England ended up on the losing side.
sammy posted a picture of the couple and wrote, “Mutual respect. Well played to Joe Root everybody know say u a #champion”
