The ninth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) marked its presence with the opening game between Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday. Defending champions Mumbai Indians didn’t enjoy a great run as they lost the game by nine wickets and got off to a shaky start to the tournament.
Mumbai Indian’s owner Nita Ambani’s son Anant Ambani celebrated his 21st birthday on Saturday and to mark this special day a special party was thrown which was attended by many stars and celebrities. Post-match cricketers from both the teams attended the party and wished Anant on such auspicious occasion.
At the party, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and Mumbai Indians cricketer Hardik Pandya were seen bonding together and building camaraderie at the party. Pandya instantly took to his Instagram handle where he posted the picture and wrote, “Great to catch up with him.”It’s great to see stars across the fraternity coming along together and spending some good time.
