Rohit Sharma continued his dream form in the ongoing One-Day International (ODI) series against Australia as he slammed another sparkling century in the second encounter at Brisbane. He achieved the remarkable feat in just 111 deliveries and bailed India out of crisis after losing Shikhar Dhawan early on in the innings.
With this feat, Rohit now has 10 ODI centuries to his name out of which five came against Australia. He now equals legendary cricketer Vivian Richards’ record of scoring the most number of centuries against Australia Down Under.
Rohit has taken on the Australian attack with great temperament and has been astute in placing his innings. He looked good from the outset at Brisbane. He will surely look to make it big and pile more runs on the board. With him still alive at the crease, one can expect some more entertainment as he has got his eyes set.
