Sachin Tendulkar gears up to visit Brazil and cheer Indian athletes in Rio Olympics 2016

Tendulkar has received an invitation by the International Olympic committee president Thomas Bach to travel to the Rio Olympics 2016.

Indian legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is one of the renowned names across the globe when it comes to sports. He is the most worshiped cricketer in India and on this occasion Tendulkar has received an invitation by the International Olympic committee president Thomas Bach to travel to the Rio Olympics 2016. Tendulkar is also an Olympic Association goodwill ambassador. Many other sports personalities across the globe have also received an invitation and this is also the first occasion, where Tendulkar will be spotted at the Summer Olympics. A source close to Tendulkar told Indian Express, “This will be Tendulkar’s first visit to the Olympics games.
