Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput is sweating it out to master the batting style of Mahendra Singh Dhoni for his upcoming biopic ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’. Sushant was practicing in the nets in Mumbai alongside Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun.
“Sushant met Arjun. They interacted for some time, and even played cricket together. Arjun bowled to Sushant. The actor managed to hit a couple of sixes too,” according to a report in Hindustan Time quoting a source.
Probably, Sushant was the one who saw Arjun and approached him for an avid conversation over cricket. The source further said, “He saw Arjun and walked up to him for a chat. They discussed their love for cricket, and the film that Sushant is working on. The actor told him about his regular practice sessions, and how he, too, enjoys playing the sport a lot.”
It seems that the duo had a fun time together and built camaraderie along with some priceless thoughts over cricket.
Earlier Arjun was seen bowling to the English players in the nets ahead of the second Ashes Test at Lord’s. England’s assistant coach Paul Farbace highly admired Arjun for his bowling qualities. Sushant has been diligently focusing to adapt Dhoni’s style of play and recently while practicing his signature helicopter shot, he landed up injuring himself as its difficult stroke to accomplish.
