Champion swimmer Michael Phelps has been hitting the headlines all over again with the start of Rio Olympics. The 31-year old swimmer, who is the most decorated Olympian of all time, recently won his 21st Gold medal in the history of Olympics and took his overall medal tally to 25. Phelps had announced his retirement after the London Olympics in 2012 but came out of retirement in 2014 only to continue with his winning ways at Rio in 2016. The all-time great swimmer has a visible fetish for gold, as he has collected more Gold medals than any other man in the history of Olympics. Phelps’ fetish for gold comes closer to only one man’s, who according to Virender Sehwag is undisputed king of gold — Bappi Lahiri. The Bollywood musician too has a liking for gold and can be seen loaded with gold ornaments all the time.
Sehwag, who has been a sensation on social media too, recently compared the two in his own trademark style. He took to his Twitter account and wrote: “Michael Phelps only man likely to beat Bappi Lahiri. #GoldKiBarsaat”, with the last part in the hashtag meaning rain of gold.

Sehwag has been a smash hit off the field too, as he continues to entertain his followers with funny birthday tweets and images, witty comparisons and humorous take on contemporary issues. On this occasion too he hit the bull’s eye by appreciating Phelps’ historic feat in a witty way!
