Sehwag reveals T20 success mantra in a chat with aspiring cricketers

Sehwag shared some vital tips with the young kids to help them hone their cricket skills.

Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag was recently in the lake city of Bhopal, where he shared his success mantras with aspiring cricketers. On the sidelines of a programme ‘Cricket Clinic’, which was being organised by a local cricket club, Sehwag shared some vital tips with the young kids to help them hone their cricket skills.

On being asked the success mantra in Twenty20s (T20s), Sehwag shared that while batting, teams must aim at playing less than 40 dot balls. While bowling, the teams should look at bowling close to 50 dot balls. Replying to another question, the swashbuckling opener said that the batsmen must keep an eye on bowlers’ fingers while they deliver the ball. This will help them play better.

Sehwag, who has played over 100 Tests for India, recently announced his retirement from international cricket, following which, he participated in the Cricket All-Stars League in the United States of America (USA) that featured retired legends of the game. He is concentrating his energies towards his school now, through which he wants to give more sportsperson to the country.
