Lights, camera, action! The spotlight shifts to Kolkata. After playing six away games, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are back home, at Eden Gardens, for another important Indian Premier League (IPL) encounter, this time against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP).
It may be a cliché, but we cannot help using it. Whenever KKR has played KXIP, it has been dubbed as Veer vs Zara contest. The big news is Shah Rukh will present in the Kolkata stands, cheering for his side. He is frequent to KKR matches but this season he hasn’t attended a single match and today will be his first. Understandably, his film, Fan, released last month and he has been very busy with its promotion. The King Khan announced his arrival on Twitter.

Moments after the toss, Shah Rukh tweeted on the sacrifices he makes for KKR.
