Two of the game’s most cherished legends, Sachin Tendulkar and Wasim Akram share a rich history of their epic encounters. Both have taken on each other on the cricket field on numerous occasions, with Sachin winning a few and Akram triumphing on some of them. Every time Sachin padded-up against a fiery Akram, the outcome was a stuff of legends. Sachin even revealed in his autobiography ‘Playing It My Way’ that the experience of facing Akram on his debut had actually left him so scarred that he doubted his ability to continue at the highest level.
Recently, the two met in Dubai and relived the best moments of their career during an interactive session with the fans in Dubai. On the sidelines of that event, Akram and Sachin came together for a candid picture. Akram later shared the picture from his official Twitter account, writing:

Both will be seen in action during the Cricket All-Stars Series, which is also a Tendulkar initiative, in November this year. The series will see a host of cricket legends take the field to promote the game in the United States of America (USA). It is going to be one exciting series that will offer the die-hard cricket fans in the USA a chance to see their favourite cricketers play live, something they have been deprived of all their life.
