India, Pakistan and the United States of America share an interesting political history. World politics can get complicated at times and it impacts a commoner’s life in a major way. However US has accepted expats from around the world and millions make a living in that country. Cricket, world’s No.2 sport in terms of following, is majorly consumed in India and Pakistan. The US may have not a wide following of cricket but Cricket All-Stars T20 series incepted by Sachin Tendulkar and Shane Warne have garnered some good following.

So far the iconic baseball venues of Citi Field in New York and Minute Maid Park at Houston have seen two matches of the tournament being hosted there. The response has been phenomenal and it has not only brought close Indians and Pakistanis, but also drawn US nationals to the game.
