Camaraderie between film stars and cricketers has always been strong. Bollywood young-bee Sidharth Malhotra is the latest to mingle up with cricketers, and very surprisingly with cricketers from New Zealand.
Sidharth was apparently taking a jet-boat ride with the former Black Caps stars Simon Doull, Stephen Fleming and Scott Styris. It seems they are having a lot of fun in the rough waters, they are well protected with the jackets but we are worried to see that they are not wearing the helmet, which is also important.
The canyon in Queenstown looks exotic and picturesque, the waters are foamy an ideal weekend getaway. Simon Doull, Stephen Fleming and Scott Styris have played a lot of cricket together and the friendship shows off the field as well. With the injection of Malhotra we are sure the Bollywood star must have picked up a trick or two about cricket.
Apparently, the cricketers also starred in cameos during a shoot. The young Bollywood actor, who was seen in the movie Brothers, has been named Tourism New Zealand’s Indian ambassador.
Sidharth posted the above picture and wrote on Instagram, “Post the match black cap boys n me went straight to Jet Boat In skippers Canyon #stephenfleming #scottstyris #simondoull great time boys thanks #SidNZ @purenewzealand”
Even the Black Caps stars took to Twitter to express their glee.
Great day in Queenstown with @S1dharthM @SPFleming7 @scottbstyris . So much on. #adventurecapital pic.twitter.com/x2QUU5l6lp
